30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, email info@piqayjewelrydesigns.com. Approved returns will receive a shipping label and instructions. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds
